RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange or store credit within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Shipping charges are not refundable. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.

Returns are not possible from countries outside the E.U. Returns are also not accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. Also, for hygiene reasons returns are not accepted on products belonging to the swimwear categories.

Atelier Vasiliki reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE: Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.

STORE CREDIT: Store credit can be used on a future order within 12 months of the return.

No return will be accepted without formal notice in advance.

In case you receive a wrong order (it is not the product of your order), its return will be made on behalf to Atelier Vasiliki. The refund will be agreed with you (including shipping or cash on delivery costs) or shipping the correct product. Refunds or replacement with another product will be made upon receipt of the product to confirm incorrect shipment.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow these instructions and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Send an email to sales@ateliervasiliki.com, informing about the product you want to return, the reason why you return it, the date of receipt and your details, and we will make sure to complete the process immediately depending on the reason for return. The return of the product is done exclusively at your own expense. You can order a new product through the site or issue a credit balance. Under no circumstances will shipping or cash on delivery costs be reimbursed. We recommend that you return the product with a registered parcel so as to avoid the risk of theft, damage or loss.
Once we receive and accept your returned package, you will receive an email confirming your exchange, store credit or refund.

GIFT RETURNS

If you received a gift and would like to return, please note that gifts can only be exchanged for items of an equal or higher value. Store credit and refunds do not apply.

Any return of products is accepted only and if the product is returned within 14 days from the day of receipt, in its original condition, it has not been used, beaten, soiled or is in any condition other than its original.
